When you don’t know anything about a new city, the best way to get to know it is at the museum of the region. Museum of Pasvalys Region opened its doors in 1998 in the reconstructed premises of the former cinema Svalia. Get to know the history of the region, discover unique exhibits! Taking into account the trends of modern museology, education and cultural activities have become one of the priority functions of the museum. The museum offers more than 30 educational programs, organizes thematic excursions, organizes conferences, seminars, meetings with prominent personalities of Lithuania and Pasvalys. The exhibition spaces of the museum are perfectly suitable for various chamber events. About 30 exhibitions are organized in the museum during the year, where the works of Lithuanian and foreign artists – professional artists and folk artists – are displayed.

A cultural, educational, and information institution that provides a wide range of services to the community of Pasvalys District, as well as guests from Lithuania and abroad. There are traditional subscriptions and reading rooms for adults and children, as well as the Internet reading room of the Information Center. The spaces are adapted for people with individual needs – contributing to the “Library for all” initiative. The Center for Documentation, Research, and Dissemination of the Land Culture, the Land and Art Galleries, and the Writers’ Space – Jonas Mikelinskas Library and the interactive Marius Katiliškis Memorial Room, a modern Sound and Video studio, and the Philosophy Center of Professor Algis Mickūnas are open. There are also various creative studios, laboratories, and clubs. A network of teaching and learning services has been developed. E-library pasvalia.lt is being improved constantly – a virtual information system of the cultural heritage of Pasvalys Land. An Open Youth Center, a Children’s Space, a Family Room with a toy collection, interactive and traditional games, and a multi-sensory Room of Scents and Tranquility have been established.

Pasvalys Cultural Center gives every resident the opportunity to get involved in creative activities, encourages youth initiatives, ensures the activities of folk art and amateur art groups, the emergence of new modern amateur art forms, the implementation of innovative projects, meets the cultural needs of the community, and organizes the dissemination of professional art. Pasvalys Cultural Center with 14 departments in the entire district, serves about 22 thousand residents of the city and district.

Health promotion events. Programs implemented by the office: Health promotion program for persons at risk of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes (for adults). Early intervention program for youth. Program for increasing the competence of company employees. Improvement of the mental health of school staff. Addiction counselling services for adults. Psychological well-being enhancement services (psychologist’s consultations). Suicide prevention training. Other health measures – hikes (by bike, on foot), various wellness outings. The school was founded in 1959 and has been successfully operating for more than 60 years, educating children from Pasvalys District from 5 to 21 years old. We teach piano, accordion, violin, guitar, flute, clarinet, saxophone, brass instruments, organ, percussion instruments, and singing. In art programs, students are taught the basics of color expression, painting, drawing, ceramics, composition, art studies, and animation. the school usually educates 280-290 students on average.

We have two ballrooms: a small one and a large one, in which you can celebrate various festivals – weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, company birthdays, hold conferences, seminars, camps, and celebrate important occasions.

We can accommodate more than 100 people in the big hall. The number of sleeping places – 50.

Modern cafe, stylish space, open terrace in summer with a view of the central square of the city of Pasvalys. We have three spaces – the main one, which can accommodate up to 20 people, the lounge – for up to 40 people, and we don’t limit the number of people on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant is located in the very center of the city of Pasvalis, on the banks of the Lėvuo river with a view of the deepest cave in Lithuania – the Green Spring. The restaurant is located in a historical building – the Jewish bathhouse, built in 1880. The restaurant spaces are suitable for various events – from small celebrations, conferences to themed parties or festivals. We have three spaces – Gentleman’s Room for up to 20 people, main ballroom for 90-100 people, first floor ballroom for 90-100 people.

The rural tourism homestead Lėvens brasta is located on the bank of Lėvuo River, and awaits you for various occasions. If you miss the greenery of the pines, the starry sky or the cold water of Lėvuo River, we invite you for a visit – the homestead is designed to celebrate private festivals.

Two buildings for rent. The large ballroom can accommodate 50-90 people. The number of sleeping places – 38. The hall of the bathhouse building can accommodate 30 people. The number of sleeping places – 12.

The homestead is located in the village of Mediniai, on the edge of the forest and surrounded by meadows. In the land of our grandparents, we have created a small world where comfort is combined with the peace of nature. On the spacious terrace, our guests are delighted by the exceptional beauty of nature and the sounds of it during all seasons. Every guest is very welcome here!

The homestead provides accommodation services, organizes events, celebrations of personal festivals (weddings, baptisms, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), organizes company parties, trainings or conferences, retreats, camps. We are ready to help with the organization, decoration, and coordination of festivals.

The homestead is surrounded by a pine forest on all sides – it is a great opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, organize weddings, organize camps, celebrate birthdays, graduations, and other important occasions.

The main ballroom can accommodate up to 100 people. The second banquet hall can accommodate up to 60 people. Next to the ballrooms there are modern kitchens with all necessary kitchen equipment. The number of sleeping places – up to 70 persons.
