The room of scents and tranquillity is a safe and cozy space for resting and strengthening emotional health. The multisensory equipment that gently stimulates the senses allows you to calm down, get rid of accumulated anxiety or aggression, and improve psychological well-being. The development of the senses helps to “return to oneself” and focus, frees creativity and imagination. This relaxation space is suitable for anyone who feels tension, experiences intense psychological experiences, lacks ways to calm down and wants to strengthen emotional health, and find balance. The room of scents and tranquillity, like all the spaces of the Pasvalys library, are adapted for persons with various disabilities – we are part of the “Library for all” initiative. A visit to the Room of Scents and Tranquillity is free.

It is possible to visit individually and in groups of up to 10 people.

Sauna rituals – the first steam, salt, bath broom massage, the final entry, are performed in complete silence. Classes are held individually or in groups by booking in advance. Orders can be made for various occasions (bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays). Duration about 3-4 hours. The sauna master can conduct classes in your sauna as well!

Those coming to the classes are recommended to have: sauna clothes, 1-2 towels, bathrobe, warm socks, sauna hat, slippers, light snacks.

Two ballrooms. Up to 50 people can feel comfortable in the big hall, up to 20-25 people in the small hall. Rooms: two-bed, four-bed, five-bed, nine-bed, some of the rooms are separate from the ballroom building. The number of sleeping places – 40.

Balsiai water mill, located 4km from Pasvalys, in the bend of Lėvuo river. Three millstones were turning here and a wool carding mill was operating here since 1764. It is one of the oldest water mills in Lithuania, a protected historical monument. Now you can relax and hold parties here. The number of sleeping places – 30.

The Outdoor Musical Instruments and Barefoot Path is a meaningful leisure activity for young people, families, and seniors. Barefoot path is a completely natural walking path surrounded by nature, where you can walk barefoot through sandy loam, natural moss, and rough pine cones. Outdoor musical instruments not only create a sound that you want to share, but also develop a person’s cognitive, emotional and mental powers.

The barefoot path is only open during the season.

A room that was never seen before was discovered in the dungeons of the museum. Getting in is easy, but finding the way back is not.

Gather a team of brave heroes and solve this great mystery! Here you won’t get help from your mother, nor a comfort from your grandmother, there won’t be any encyclopedias or reference books. Just you, your team, your mind, and adrenaline… All or nothing!

The constantly updated production base encourages Alsteka brewers to create new types of beer to meet the changing needs of consumers. The brewery operates using the latest technologies, but does not abandon the recipe used by the ancient Lithuanians, instructing to use barley malt, hops, and pure water, thus emphasizing the old brewing traditions and experience of Pasvalys region. We offer a wide range of light and dark beers, so every beer lover will find the taste they like best.

A family beer business that has been in existence for two decades. It was founded by Algimantas and Aldona Rimkevičiai in 1994 in Joniškėlis. Algimantas took over the brewing technologies and traditions from his uncle Antanas. At the beginning of the company’s operation, unfiltered beer was produced in wooden tubs, also called “clay” in our region. As the needs of consumers changed, the company introduced new technologies, modernized production, and reconstructed facilities. This is how the “clay” of Joniškėlis turned into filtered beer.

The cafe is located in the city center. We invite you to celebrate private festivals, we prepare mourning lunches, anniversaries.  We offer two halls for 30-50 people and a third room for 15 people.

The cafe is located next to the road Via Baltica, on the border with Latvia. At Pakelė cafe, we offer two halls for your private celebrations, accommodating 20 and 40 people. A mourning lunch is being prepared. For large parties, a ballroom with a dance space can be prepared, up to 80 guests will feel comfortable in the ballroom. There is an outdoor terrace, a balcony, a patio with gazebos and rest areas. The ballroom is located in Pasienis motel. The number of sleeping places in the motel – 49.

The cinema hall of Pasvalys Cultural Center is equipped with chairs adapted to this genre and other infrastructure, the latest films are shown without a set schedule, and events are held. Tickets can be purchased at TicketMarket.lt, at the ticket office of Pasvalys Cultural Center, and 1 hour before before the event. The hall has 49 seats.

Dirvonai ethnographic homestead has preserved its unique style and spirit. We invite you to take a look around the ancient Aukštaitija homestead of the late 19th century, where you will see an ancient household. The homestead has a children’s room Kiškio namai. The number of sleeping places – 27.
