The homestead is located in the village of Mediniai, on the edge of the forest and surrounded by meadows. In the land of our grandparents, we have created a small world where comfort is combined with the peace of nature. On the spacious terrace, our guests are delighted by the exceptional beauty of nature and the sounds of it during all seasons. Every guest is very welcome here!

The homestead provides accommodation services, organizes events, celebrations of personal festivals (weddings, baptisms, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), organizes company parties, trainings or conferences, retreats, camps. We are ready to help with the organization, decoration, and coordination of festivals.

We can accommodate 40 people for private festivals in the homestead hall. For events – up to 50 persons.

The rural tourism homestead Žalioji is located in Žalioja giria (Panevėžys–Pasvalys District). The homestead is surrounded by a pine forest on all sides – it is a great opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, organize weddings, organize camps, celebrate birthdays, graduations, and other important occasions.

The main ballroom can accommodate up to 100 people. The second banquet hall can accommodate up to 60 people. Next to the ballrooms there are modern kitchens with all necessary kitchen equipment. The number of sleeping places – up to 70 persons.

The convenience store is full of gourmet goods from local producers and carefully selected farms of European countries. Home-baked bread, unexpectedly delicious cucumber jam, fish and seafood grown in Norwegian waters, olives from the Mediterranean region, and rich sheep’s and goat’s cheeses line up next to the honey collected by the neighbor bees or pressed cheese. We are proud to offer a wide range of products of “Ustukiai mill”: semolina, flour, small crisps and large crisps of various flavors.

The sensory room environment stimulates the primary senses of touch, taste, sight, sound, smell, and movement. It is an intense world where all the senses – sight, hearing, smell, and touch – are exercised simultaneously. The room is not only for relaxation – it is suitable for children with special needs, attention and activity difficulties, various developmental disorders, hearing or vision impairment. You can celebrate birthdays and other festivals.

Visits in the sensory room “Rainbow” are individual. Time is booked by phone, during the session only the person who booked the time and the persons who came with him are present. The premises can accommodate 12 persons.

By baking bread, making cakes, confectionery products, and kvass according to the recipes of local housewives, we preserve the culinary heritage of the region for many years.
